What does adolescent psychotherapy involve?
Adolescent psychotherapy is based on cooperation with parents, but above all on the child's relationship with the Psychotherapist. Here, the emotions and fears that the child is facing are addressed in order to familiarise the child with the emotions he or she is experiencing.

How long does the whole therapy take?
In adolescent psychotherapy, it is important to have the support of the family, which is why we always invite the parent or guardian themselves to the first meeting, in order to learn about the problem as seen through the eyes of the parent. The next meeting is with the adolescent.
How to prepare for a visit?
No special preparation is required for the visit. At the first meeting, the psychologist will explain everything and make sure you feel safe and comfortable.
