Jestem pschodietetykiem pediatrycznym, diet coachem, edukatorką żywieniową, terapeutką karmienia i wykładowcą akademickim (SGTiH). Od 2006 roku z pasją wspieram rodziny w budowaniu zdrowych nawyków żywieniowych. W swojej pracy łączę wiedzę naukową z empatycznym podejściem, oferując konsultacje indywidualne, warsztaty grupowe oraz zajęcia oswajające dzieci z jedzeniem. Moim celem jest nie tylko poprawa zdrowia najmłodszych, ale także wspieranie rodziców w tworzeniu pozytywnych relacji z jedzeniem w rodzinie.
