What is Concentration Training in young people?
Concentration training is an active exercise in increasing the efficiency of focus and the time spent centralising on an activity. In addition, it is training in the use of helpful cues for efficient brain function.
When to enroll your child in Concentration training?
When a child manifests:
- poor concentration, short attention span,
- lack of divided attention,
- low aspirations,
- poor motivation for action,
- lack of willingness to develop perseverance skills,
- lack of willingness to overcome difficulties,
In addition:
- when there is little/low interest in the learning content in question,
- when a child has a low level of giftedness.
What it looks like Concentration training?
We begin training by teaching the principles that promote effective attention. We then introduce appropriate exercises to support the timing and efficiency of attention. Over time, we expand the activities to include exercises that support divisibility of attention and focus when there are a lot of distractions.

For children from 8-18 years of age.
How long do the classes last?
Single classes with a special educator last: 45 minutes
How long does the whole therapy take?
The duration of therapy is individually tailored for each patient. Parents also receive instructions for working with their child at home.
How to prepare for a visit?
The child must be healthy, rested and dressed in comfortable clothing. It is a good idea to bring medical and therapeutic records to the first visit.
