What do the Veronica Sherborne developmental movement classes consist of?
The phenomenon of the developmental movement method is based on creative, simple and natural movement play. While exercising, children get to know themselves - their abilities and limitations, which they learn to overcome. They establish a visual and physical relationship with one another and have the opportunity to feel great in their bodies. The activities develop awareness of space, relieve tension and improve concentration. Movement is fun, which gives the experience of joy and sharing it with others, which is very important in establishing social contacts.
