The processing of the information may be continued if it is demonstrated that there are valid, legally justified grounds for the processing of the data in accordance with applicable Polish and European laws.

Personal data will be stored for a period defined by the Administrator. At the same time, in the event of an objection to the processing of personal data, until the objection is raised and dealt with, in accordance with paras. 8 i 9.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in this case the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, if you consider that the Administrator's processing of your personal data is in breach of the law.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide such data or failure to provide the required information may prevent the execution of the agreement and, consequently, result in the refusal to provide the service in question.
